The “Hala” card has been amended to “Hayat” card.
The actual “Hala” card and the food card will remain valid until the “Hayat” card is issued.
The required documents to renew the application or submit a new one:

1- A proof of residence from the town’s mayor dating no longer than three months from the date of the application renewal or submission
2- A family status record dating no longer than three months from the date of the application renewal or submission
3- A copy of the Identity Card or the Individual Status record dating no longer than three months from the date of the application renewal or submission
4- A copy of the disability card in case a member of the family is disabled
All people can benefit from the semi-free healthcare, educational and social services of the center annexed to the Ministry of Social Affairs, located in HaritSaida, while these services are free of charge for the holders of the “Hayat” card.
We receive application from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. till 2:00 p.m., and Friday till 11:00 a.m.
